Sales Manager

Masirat Al-Ibdaa for Real Estate Investment, Development, and Marketing Company announces its need for a Sales Manager to join its team in Baghdad. Requirements and Tasks: • At least 5 years of experience exclusively in real estate sales. • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related specialization is preferred. • Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and supervising their performance. • Developing sales plans and strategies, setting goals, and monitoring their achievement. • Supervising sales supervisors, evaluating their performance, and monitoring the implementation of plans. • Analyzing sales results and making necessary decisions to improve performance and increase revenue. • Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management. • High skills in leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making. Salary: Starts from one million Iraqi dinars, negotiable based on experience and competence. Work Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk.
