Miswak Hypermarket announces a vacant position for a Pastry Chef (Cake). Work Location: Baghdad / Karkh – Al-Saydiya – Nakheel Baghdad Complex. Required Nationality: Syrian or Lebanese. Working Hours: Variable shifts depending on work requirements. Educational Qualification: Preparatory school as a minimum, preferably with a certificate or specialized training in pastries and baked goods. Job Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pastries and baked goods, preferably with previous work in production factories or central kitchens. • Experience in preparing and manufacturing various types of pastries, especially cupcakes, cakes, and baked goods. • Good knowledge of pastry recipes, ingredients, mixing, baking, and decorating techniques. • Experience in using production equipment and machinery for pastries and baked goods. • Ability to manage and organize work within the factory and supervise the production team. • Ability to ensure product quality, consistency in taste and appearance, and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards. • Ability to organize production according to required quantities and delivery times.
