Tasks and Responsibilities: ● Cutting, sculpting, and shaping characters using specialized tools. ● Transforming visual ideas into edible art designs. ● Providing exceptional service and an unforgettable experience to every customer. ● Interacting with customers with confidence, respect, and integrity, reflecting the company's culture and values. ● Executing opening and closing procedures, including cleaning machines, removing sugar residue, organizing the space, washing tools, and restocking materials. ● Monitoring materials and managing inventory. Before You Start: This is a practical and dynamic job that requires energy and activity, standing and manual work for long periods, direct customer interaction, as well as working on weekends, holidays, and seasons.
