Operations Supervisor

Al Qaser Hotel Services Company, investing in Palestine Hotel, announces a vacant position for an Operations Supervisor to follow up and supervise the hotel rehabilitation works and ensure the implementation of works according to approved plans and specifications. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1- Field supervision of hotel rehabilitation works and follow-up of implementation stages. 2- Follow up on the work of contractors and technical teams and ensure the workflow according to the schedule. 3- Coordination between engineering departments, contractors, and management. 4- Follow up on the quality of works and ensure their conformity with approved plans and specifications. 5- Monitor observations and obstacles and submit periodic reports to management. 6- Follow up on site needs, materials, and required works to ensure continuity of work. 7- Follow up on completion rates and compare them with the approved schedule. 8- Ensure compliance with safety and order requirements within the work site. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising rehabilitation or construction projects, preferably in hotel projects or residential complexes. Strong skills in follow-up, organization, report preparation, and the ability to deal and coordinate with contractors and various disciplines. Location: Baghdad - Al-Saadoun
