Maintenance Manager

The Copper Factory announces its need to appoint a Mechanical and Maintenance Manager to work within its cadres. Responsibilities: - Supervise mechanical maintenance work for all machinery, equipment, and production lines in the factory. - Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans to ensure business continuity and reduce breakdowns. - Diagnose mechanical failures and address them as quickly as possible to minimize production downtime. - Manage the mechanical maintenance team, distribute tasks, and monitor employee performance. - Monitor the condition of equipment and machinery and provide necessary recommendations to improve their operational efficiency. - Supervise the provision of spare parts and materials required for maintenance work. - Adhere to occupational safety procedures during maintenance work. Requirements: - Applicant must be male exclusively. - Applicant must be Iraqi exclusively. - Must be a graduate of the College of Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Department. - At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of mechanics and maintenance. - Possess previous experience in factories. - Must be a resident of Baghdad, Abu Ghraib, or Fallujah. Salary: Starts from 4,000,000 Iraqi Dinars and above, determined by experience and competence.
