Female Employee Wanted (Beauty Advisor)

A distinguished opportunity to join the Miraaya team as a Beauty Advisor. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide specialized consultations to customers and suggest products suitable for their skin type and needs. - Achieve set sales targets and apply sales techniques (Cross-selling / Up-selling). - Apply and demonstrate products according to the highest professional standards. - Maintain product arrangement and promotion on shelves, and care for displays and testers. - Build excellent customer relationships and inform them about the latest offers and products. Qualifications and Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). - Work experience (1-2 years) in cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales. - High communication and persuasion skills, and a presentable and polite personal appearance. - Proficiency in Arabic, and good knowledge of English. - Ability to work in morning and evening shifts, during peak hours and holidays.
