A leading tire company announces a job opening for (Call Center Employee) to join our professional team at the main company location (Baghdad - Mushan Complex). Tasks and Responsibilities: Receive incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries with high professionalism and expertise. Provide support and assistance to customers regarding the company's services and products. Accurately record and document customer data and feedback in the approved electronic system. Follow up on complaints and suggestions and direct them to the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution. Make outgoing calls (if required) to follow up on satisfaction levels or update data. Full commitment to company policies and quality standards approved in the customer service department. Qualifications and Required Conditions: Applicant must be a graduate of a university or institute. Previous experience in customer service or call centers (preferably with experience in automotive services). Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with politeness and good listening. Computer literacy. Ability to withstand work pressure and work as a team.
