Mechanical and Maintenance Manager

Al-Nuhaas Factory announces its need to appoint a Mechanical and Maintenance Manager to work within its staff. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Supervising mechanical maintenance work for all machines, equipment, and production lines in the factory. - Developing and implementing preventive and periodic maintenance plans to ensure business continuity and reduce breakdowns. - Diagnosing mechanical failures and addressing them as quickly as possible to minimize production downtime. - Managing the mechanical maintenance team, distributing tasks, and monitoring employee performance. - Monitoring the condition of equipment and machinery and providing necessary recommendations to improve their operational efficiency. - Supervising the provision of spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance work. - Adhering to occupational safety procedures during maintenance work. Conditions and Requirements: - The applicant must be male exclusively. - The applicant must be Iraqi exclusively. - Must be a graduate of the College of Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Department. - At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of mechanics and maintenance. - Possess previous experience in factories. - Must be a resident of Baghdad, Abu Ghraib, or Fallujah. Salary: Starts from 4,000,000 Iraqi Dinars and above, determined by experience and competence.
