Logistics and Export Coordinator

Zain Group - Baghdad announces the availability of a Logistics and Export Coordinator position to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor shipments and ensure their progress until they reach the desired destination. Follow up on export orders and coordinate them. Coordinate with shipping companies, suppliers, and relevant parties. Follow up on and prepare shipping and export documents. Follow up on customs clearance procedures. Update shipment status and inform concerned parties of any delays or updates. Organize and maintain records of shipments and export orders. Daily coordination and follow-up to ensure timely execution of shipping and export operations. Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or export. Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. Good knowledge of shipping and export procedures. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to organize and follow up on multiple requests simultaneously.
