Warehouse Keeper

Zain Group for Food Industries announces its need to appoint an experienced and qualified Warehouse Keeper to join the work team in Baghdad. Job Title: Warehouse Keeper Responsibilities and Job Duties: - Supervise the organization of the warehouse and arrangement of materials and goods according to the approved storage mechanism. - Receive materials and goods and ensure that quantities and specifications match approved documents. - Prepare sales representatives' orders according to approved preparation orders, and ensure the correctness of items and quantities before delivery. - Follow up on the processes of dispensing and delivering goods to representatives and document them according to approved procedures. - Ensure that delivered goods match preparation lists, invoices, and related documents. - Follow up on entry and exit operations and update inventory movements on the approved system. - Conduct periodic inventory and match actual balances with balances recorded in the system. - Supervise suppliers and warehouse workers, organize and distribute tasks among them, follow up on workflow, and ensure completion of preparation orders according to priorities and specified timelines. - Monitor the performance of the warehouse team and ensure adherence to approved work procedures. - Maintain the safety of stored materials and apply storage and safety procedures. - Prepare periodic reports on inventory and material movement and submit observations to direct management. Employment Conditions and Requirements: - At least 3 years of practical experience in warehouse management and preparation and dispensing operations. - Minimum diploma certificate. - Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and warehouse management systems. - Possess skills in organizing work and supervising suppliers and warehouse workers. - Accuracy in preparing sales representatives' orders and matching items and quantities. - Ability to withstand work pressure, especially during daily order preparation times. - Possess communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. - Commitment, discipline, and maintaining the accuracy of inventory records. Job Details: - Work Location: Baghdad - Al-Zafraniyah. - Working Days: Saturday to Thursday. - Health insurance and social security are provided. - Salary: Starts from 1,200,000 Iraqi Dinars, and the final salary will be determined based on experience and competence during the interview.
