Real Estate Sales Manager

Masirat Al-Ibdaa Company for Real Estate Marketing, Investment, and Development announces the opening of recruitment in Baghdad for the position of Real Estate Sales Manager. Requirements and Responsibilities: • At least 5 years of experience exclusively in real estate sales. • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Leadership experience in managing sales teams and supervising sales supervisors. • Developing sales plans and strategies, setting goals, and monitoring their implementation. • Analyzing results and preparing periodic reports for management. • Possessing high skills in leadership, planning, negotiation, and decision-making. Salary: Starting from 1,000,000 Iraqi Dinars, negotiable based on experience and competence. Work Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk, opposite Al-Naji University. Working Hours: From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, may extend based on work requirements.
