Beauty Advisor

Miraya is looking for a passionate employee in the world of beauty and skincare, with exceptional communication skills to fill the position of (Beauty Advisor) and provide a unique and distinguished shopping experience for our customers. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide specialized consultations to customers and suggest products suitable for their skin type and needs. - Achieve set sales targets and apply sales techniques (Cross-selling / Up-selling). - Apply and test products according to the highest professional standards. - Follow up on the arrangement and promotion of products on shelves and take care of displays and testers. - Build distinguished relationships with customers and inform them about the latest offers and products. Qualifications and Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). - Work experience (1-2 years) in beauty, skincare, or retail sales. - High communication and persuasion skills, and a decent and polite personal appearance. - Proficiency in Arabic, and good knowledge of English. - Ability to work in morning and evening shifts, and during peak hours and holidays.
