Maintenance Manager

Company V, located in Jadriya, which owns and operates the five-star V Hotel, announces a job vacancy: Maintenance Manager. Required experience is 5 to 10 years in maintenance and engineering, preferably in hotels. Experience in managing maintenance teams and supervising technical work. Good knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, generators, water, fire and safety systems, and elevators. Preparing and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Managing breakdowns and emergencies and ensuring the continuity of operational systems. Following up with contractors, specialized companies, and spare parts. Adherence to occupational safety and health standards. Preparing technical reports and monitoring the performance of the maintenance department. The salary starts from 1,500,000 IQD and is determined based on experience and competence. Working hours: 8 hours per day. Weekly holiday: Friday. Work location: Jadriya – Baghdad.
