We are a startup specializing in website design and development, and we are looking for programmers to join the development team and work on a commission basis per project. Required Specializations: • Front-End Development • Back-End Development • Full-Stack Development • Vibe Coding / AI-assisted Development • JavaScript / TypeScript • React / Next.js • Node.js • HTML / CSS • Git & GitHub • Any other skills or technologies related to website development. What is your role? Participate in the development and implementation of our clients' websites, either fully or as part of a team, depending on the project nature and your skills. Work and Commission System: Work without a fixed salary; financial compensation is calculated for each website or project you work on. The commission value varies based on: • Project size and complexity. • The part you executed. • Level of responsibility and contribution to the project. Requirements: • Good knowledge of website development in your specialized field. • Ability to work in a team and independently. • Adherence to deadlines and task delivery. • Knowledge of Git/GitHub is an important advantage. • Previous experience is not a requirement. • Ability to use AI tools in programming (Vibe Coding) is an additional advantage. A Portfolio or CV is required upon application to showcase your skills and previous projects, even if they are personal or university projects. Working Hours: Flexible / Per project. Work Location: Fully online.
