Responsibilities: • Research and contact new potential clients. • Generate new sales opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and social media. • Understand customer needs and propose suitable Shams Telecom products and services. • Present offers and follow up with clients until the sale is completed. • Coordinate with technical and product teams when needed. • Continuously update sales opportunities and stages records. • Achieve set sales and business development goals. • Collect and share customer and market feedback with management. • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Participate in business development campaigns, events, and initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements: • Recent graduate or at the beginning of career. • Passion for business, sales, and business development. • Intermediate level of English. • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Quick learner and willing to develop new skills. • Willingness to conduct field visits when needed. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
