Visa Gate Company announces its need to hire a Customer Service Employee to join the team in Baghdad. Basic Requirements: • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and deal professionally with customers. • Ability to receive customer inquiries, follow up, and solve problems. • Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms. • Skill in designing and preparing visual content for social media. • Ability to market through social media platforms and prepare and publish content. • Previous experience in customer service or social media marketing is an added advantage.
