Travel Ticket Issuance and Booking Staff

Join the Sama Sumer Travel and Tourism team. Location: Baghdad – Zayouna, service area, opposite Al-Shaab Stadium, near Jotun Paints. Responsibilities: Issuing and booking travel tickets on various reservation systems. Organizing and arranging tourist groups outside Iraq. Efficiently following up on and issuing travel visas. Providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries. Completing bookings. Requirements: A minimum of one year of practical experience in the travel and tourism field. Proficiency in using airline reservation systems. Proficiency in the English language. High communication and organizational skills. Adherence to working hours. Preference for candidates living near the company's headquarters. Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM And from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) Salaries are based on experience and department, to be determined during the interview.
