Al Warda Hypermarket announces a job opening for the position of Pastry Chef to work at: Branch 2 – Karrada / Badalat Al-Alwiyah Intersection. Responsibilities: - Preparing and making Italian pizza. - Preparing American pizza. - Preparing various types of Manakish. - Preparing Lahm bi Ajeen. - Preparing dough, fillings, and required ingredients. - Maintaining product quality and final appearance. - Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. - Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the section and equipment. Requirements: - Previous experience in pastries and pizza. - Good experience in preparing Italian and American pizza, Manakish, and Lahm bi Ajeen. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. - Commitment to personal hygiene and general appearance. - Shaving beard to zero is a mandatory condition. - Passing the practical test.
