Florcom Flower Trading Company in Baghdad announces its need for a Tele-Sales Specialist and Customer Relationship Management. Job Requirements: ♦️ Communicate with customers and receive and generate orders. ♦️ Follow up with current and inactive customers. ♦️ Reactivate customers and encourage them to reorder. ♦️ Record and update customer data, orders, and follow-up statuses. ♦️ Maintain an organized and updated customer database and CRM. ♦️ Monitor sales activities and prepare basic reports using Excel. ♦️ Coordinate between orders, the sales team, and the delivery team. Salary: 600,000 – 650,000 Iraqi Dinar
