Senior Trainer

Darjah HR Services announces a job opportunity with one of the leading companies in the smartphone sector. Work Location: Field – All over Iraq Workdays: Saturday – Thursday Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 per month Job Type: Full-time with frequent travel within Iraq. Key Responsibilities: Training and developing sales teams in stores. Preparing and delivering training materials in Arabic. Developing sales skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction. Evaluating training effectiveness and monitoring its impact on sales performance. Requirements: Experience in training, preferably in the smartphone or electronics sector. Experience in delivering training programs and guiding sales teams. Proficiency in Arabic and a good level of English. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel frequently within Iraq.
