Branch Manager

Dar Al Numoor Company, one of the leading Iraqi companies in selling men's, women's, and children's clothing, with 14 branches, is looking for a Branch Manager to join its team in Baghdad. Key Responsibilities: • Manage branch operations from daily opening to closing. • Lead and train the team and follow up on daily sales. • Supervise display, inventory, cash register, and revenues. • Handle customer complaints and manage tenants within the branch. Qualifications and Experience Required: • Preparatory certificate as a minimum (Bachelor's degree preferred). • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail clothing sales (at least two years in a supervisory role). • Proficiency in Arabic language, written and spoken. • High leadership skills and proficiency in using Excel.
