Warehouse Keeper

Sumar Company in Baghdad needs a "Warehouse Keeper" to join its team. Responsibilities: Receiving incoming goods and materials and verifying their compliance with specifications and purchase invoices. Organizing and arranging materials within the warehouse in a safe and accessible manner. Recording and documenting the movement of outgoing and incoming items (manually or via approved software). Conducting periodic inventory checks and monitoring reorder points to avoid shortages. Preparing periodic reports on inventory movement and periodic/annual stocktaking. Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of equipment and materials within the warehouse and applying occupational safety standards. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, or any similar specialization). Experience: At least two years of experience in warehouse management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel). Preference for those with experience in handling Warehouse and Sales Management Software (ERP Systems). High skills in organization, accuracy, and honesty.
