Client Management and Social Media Employee

Compass Marketing Agency – Al-Jihad neighborhood / Doctors announces its need for a Client Management and Social Media Employee to join the team. Requirements: • Proficiency in client management, task organization, and team coordination. • Proficiency in handling social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, in terms of posting, scheduling, and managing responses and comments. • Good knowledge of using Excel and Word programs. • Good appearance and polite in dealing and behavior. • Preferably knowledge of using Canva and CapCut on mobile. • Must be a resident of Al-Jihad neighborhood and nearby areas. Work System: Hybrid work (in-person + online), with 2-4 days in-person depending on workload and team requirements. Continuous presence and follow-up on WhatsApp is required as a minimum from 11 AM to 11 PM. Salary: • Probationary period from one to two weeks. • Salary starts from 300,000 dinars and is negotiable based on efficiency and experience.
