Call Center & Social Media Support

City Scent Baghdad announces its need for a Call Center & Social Media Support employee to join the company's team. We are looking for someone eloquent, organized, quick to deal with, and knows how to communicate professionally with the customer and turn inquiries into sales opportunities. Basic Requirements: Previous experience in call center, customer service, or sales. Excellent speaking skills and ability to persuade and deal with different types of customers. Good knowledge of social media page management. Ability to post, share stories, and respond to messages and comments. Follow up on inquiries and orders and do not neglect any customer. Organize information and record notes and follow-ups accurately. Speed in responding and typing and using WhatsApp and communication platforms. Commitment to appointments and instructions and working with team spirit. Ability to withstand work pressure and prioritize.
