Al-Sabtain General Contracting Company Ltd. announces its need for saleswomen. Job Objective: Achieve sales goals by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Search for new customers and expand the customer base. • Communicate with customers. • Understand customer needs and convert them into real sales ideas and opportunities. • Monitor performance indicators and achieve monthly and annual sales goals. • Regularly update customer data and sales opportunities. • Coordinate with marketing teams. • Represent the company professionally. Required Qualifications: • University degree • Experience in real estate sales (residential complexes) • High ability in persuasion and negotiation. • Excellent communication skills. • Achieving goals. Salary: 750,000 IQD. Working Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM.
