Showroom Supervisor

The management of Al-Wardah Hypermarket announces its need to hire a Showroom Supervisor with experience and competence in supervising showrooms in the food and consumer goods sector. Responsibilities: - Supervise the showroom and continuously monitor the readiness and arrangement of items. - Direct employees, monitor their performance, and ensure the completion of required tasks. - Monitor expiry dates for food, chilled, and frozen items. - Monitor transfers between the warehouse and the showroom and ensure the receipt and organization of items. - Coordinate with the purchasing department and management to provide missing items and reduce stockouts. - Monitor item availability, maintain showroom order and cleanliness, and adhere to approved display standards. Qualifications and Requirements: - Good knowledge of food and non-food items, including chilled and frozen items. - At least two years of supervisory experience in hypermarkets, supermarkets, or retail. - Good experience in supervising employees, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. - Ability to monitor inventory, expiry dates, and transfers between the warehouse and the showroom. - Provide a clearance certificate from the last two employers. - Possess organizational, follow-up, communication, and stress tolerance skills. Job Details: - Working hours: 9 hours per day. - Working days: 6 days per week. - Work location: Second or Third Branch – Al-Wardah Hypermarket, Baghdad.
