Job Opportunity | Operations Manager Darjah HR Services is hiring on behalf of a company specialized in Restaurant Management & Operations. Location: Al-Mansour, Dirag District, Baghdad Salary: IQD 2,000,000 – 2,500,000/month Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: 9 hours per day Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage teams. Monitor sales, productivity, costs, inventory, and food quality. Develop operational procedures and improve business performance. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Prepare operational reports and coordinate with senior management. Support business growth and operational expansion. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations and management. Experience in Fast Food or Fine Dining is required. Experience in company operations, team leadership, and administrative systems. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Iraqi nationality preferred; other Arab nationalities may be considered.
