Lead and direct the field team to ensure efficient daily operations, monitor adherence to approved quality and productivity standards, achieve targets, and resolve operational issues as they arise. 🔹 Conditions: Previous experience in gaming lounges, cafes, or restaurants. Ability to work in a team spirit. Punctuality and good customer service. Quality and Performance Monitoring: Direct supervision of the workflow and ensuring the application of safety and quality standards and the company's internal policies. Supplies and Inventory Management: Inventory of operational needs and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and materials before they run out. Periodic Reporting: Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly) for direct management on performance rates, operational challenges, and improvement suggestions. 📍 Our Location: Al-Jadriya, near the Central Bank, Al-Rawshan Building.
