Human Resources Manager

An asphalt production factory in Basra is looking for a Human Resources Manager for the factory. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding procedures for new employees. • Follow up on attendance and leaves and prepare monthly payroll data. • Address employee issues and support communication between management and branches. • Participate in performance evaluation and coordinate training programs. • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws. Requirements: • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. • At least 7 years of practical experience in Human Resources, preferably in factories and plants. • Knowledge of Iraqi labor law and strong communication and organizational skills.
