Assistant Production Manager

Ayass Automotive is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join its lubricant manufacturing plant in Al-Karma, Anbar. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily blending, filling, packaging, and production activities • Monitor productivity, quality, raw-material consumption, and waste • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality standards • Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams • Prepare production reports and monitor operational KPIs • Support troubleshooting and continuous-improvement initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field • 4–5 years of relevant industrial experience • Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting • Good command of English • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience in lubricant manufacturing, oil blending, petrochemical production, or oil and gas companies is preferred.
