Sales and Technical Support Employee

DashSecure announces its need for a Sales and Technical Support Employee to work at our main branch (Basra - Al-Tuwaisah / inside Larsa station). Note: The job is exclusively available for males* 📋 Job Duties: • Receiving customers in the office and explaining the details and features of our products (Dashcam). • Responding to customer inquiries and serving them via WhatsApp. • Providing full technical support services and following up with customers before and after the sale. 👤 Requirements and Conditions: ● High ability to communicate with people politely and professionally. ● Previous experience in sales or technical support is preferred. ● Full-time commitment to work for 9 hours daily. ● Preference for those with degrees in: Electronics Engineering, Optics, or Mechatronics. 🗓️ Holidays and Vacations: ● Weekly holidays: two days a week. ● Official holidays: Ministerial holidays. ● Annual leave: 21 days per year paid.
