Samaa Al-Iraq Company announces the opening of applications for technical college graduates to start their professional path in the field of digital systems support. 🔹 Job Title: Junior Service Delivery Officer Department: Technical Department Experience: Recent graduates (0 - 2 years) 📝 About the Job: Acting as a liaison between universities, ministry departments, and technical teams to provide operational support for digital systems and follow up on resolving technical issues. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Providing technical support and guidance to universities and ministry departments on system usage. Analyzing software problems, identifying their causes, and replicating errors for verification. Coordinating with development, network, and database teams to address reports and inform the user of the outcome. Documenting issues, preparing user guides, and providing field support when needed. 🎓 Qualifications and Required Skills: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent. Skills: Ability to understand systems, analyze problems, and simplify explanations for users. Excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge of (Web, Databases, APIs). Working days and hours: 6 days a week From 8 AM to 4 PM Vacations: 21 days per year The job is for males and females. 🚗 Essential Condition: Ability and willingness to travel outside Baghdad Governorate to visit universities and provide field support when needed.
