Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Master's degree preferred. 15 to 20 years of practical experience in the agricultural field. Strong experience in Horticulture and Landscape works. Experience in managing and implementing landscaping and green space coordination works. Good knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, trees, and green spaces. Ability to supervise work teams and follow up on the implementation of agricultural and landscape works. Experience in planning and supervising maintenance and development works for green spaces. Ability to prepare reports, follow up on workflow, and site needs. Ability to withstand work pressure. Commitment to quality and occupational safety standards. Age not exceeding 45 years. Job Duties: Supervising agricultural, horticultural, and landscape works on site. Managing and following up on the coordination and maintenance of gardens and green spaces. Developing plans and programs for the care of plants, trees, and green spaces. Supervising irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest and disease control. Monitoring the performance of work teams, assigning tasks, and supervising the quality of achievement. Following up on site needs for plants, materials, and agricultural supplies. Ensuring that works are carried out according to the required technical standards. Preparing periodic reports on agricultural works and the status of green spaces. Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure efficient workflow. Working on the development and improvement of green spaces and landscapes. Work Location: American University - Baghdad.
