Operations Officer

Al-Hayat Travel and Tourism Company announces its need for an Operations Officer to join the team. Responsibilities: Follow up and execute daily operations tasks. Follow up on reservations, services, and tourism programs. Coordinate with departments and relevant parties to ensure order fulfillment. Follow up on service details and ensure information accuracy. Process and follow up on operational requests and issues. Requirements: At least one year of experience in operations. Experience in tourism, travel, and tourism operations is preferred. Good knowledge of travel services and reservations. Good organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills. Proficiency in English. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Note: The work is in the company's branch in Baghdad – Al-Ma'amoun. Salary will be determined based on experience.
