Warehouse Keeper

Receive goods from suppliers and ensure they match the required quantities and specifications. Supervise suppliers and workers within the warehouse, organize their tasks, and follow up on their performance. Distribute daily tasks to workers and follow up on their completion as required. Organize and arrange materials and spare parts within the warehouse. Record the movement of goods in and out and track inventory balances. Prepare orders and deliver them according to procedures. Follow up on shortages and damaged materials and inform management of warehouse needs. Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure the safety of materials. Ensure adherence to approved work instructions and procedures within the warehouse. Prepare reports related to inventory and material movement when needed. Coordinate with management, suppliers, and workers to ensure efficient workflow.
