Real Estate Sales Employee

Emperor Hills Residential Complex announces its need for real estate sales employees to join the sales team in Baghdad. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Receiving customers and identifying their housing needs. • Providing a full explanation of the complex, housing units, prices, and payment plans. • Following up with potential customers and arranging visits to the complex. • Recording and continuously updating customer information within the CRM system. • Negotiating with customers and working to complete sales transactions. • Achieving monthly sales targets. • Coordinating with the call center team and sales management. Requirements: • Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably within a residential complex. • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Professional appearance and excellent customer handling ability. • Commitment to following up with customers and working to complete sales. • Experience in using CRM systems and communicating via WhatsApp. • The applicant must be a resident of Baghdad. Working hours: 6-8 hours depending on the shift. Salary starts from 650. Work location: Baghdad – Al-Adel neighborhood highway - Emperor Hills Sales Center.
