Oversee the daily operations of all restaurants and cafés. Monitor branch performance and ensure sales targets are achieved. Set and monitor branch KPIs. Supervise Branch Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams. Monitor food and beverage quality and service standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards. Monitor Food Cost and Beverage Cost and reduce waste and losses. Control inventory and raw materials in coordination with Procurement and Warehouse teams. Monitor operating expenses and costs to improve profitability. Analyze sales and operational performance and implement corrective actions. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints and feedback. Train and develop Branch Managers and employees to improve team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Support new branch openings, including operational plans, recruitment, and training. Develop operational processes and improve customer experience, sales, and profitability.
