Warehouse Supervisor

Alwadaq Al-Dhabi Company for General Trading and Commercial Agencies announces a job opportunity to join its team for the position of Warehouse Supervisor, to follow up and organize accounting operations related to inventory and ensure the accuracy of records and continuous reconciliation. Responsibilities: - Accurately record and track material and inventory movement. - Follow up on receiving, dispensing, and return operations. - Reconcile inventory balances with accounting records and systems. - Conduct periodic inventory counts and follow up on and address discrepancies. - Prepare daily and monthly inventory and movement reports. - Follow up on documents and invoices related to warehouses. - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational processes. - Monitor shortages and surpluses and ensure they are recorded correctly. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Administration and Economics – Accounting department or a related specialization. - Previous experience in accounting or warehouse management is preferred. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. - Proficiency in using Odoo ERP system. - Ability to organize data and work within a team. - Possess accuracy, honesty, organization, and the ability to withstand work pressure. - Commitment and responsibility. Job Details: Job Type: Full-time. Working Hours: 8 hours daily. Location: Baghdad - Jamila. Salary: To be determined based on experience and competence.
